Rental Policy
Rental Duration
Rentals are for a 48 hour period.

An additional 10$ will be charged for each additional day, up to a maximum of 5 additional days.

The rental price includes delivery and pickup to one of 3 locations (Rockland, Place d'Orleans or Trainyards). Delivery and pickup to a specific address within Ottawa would be an additional 20$
Deposit
A full deposit is required by e-transfer to signedwithneon@gmail.com in order to
reserve the rental(s).
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the rental date, however, can be transferred towards a future booking.
For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the rental date, deposits are fully refundable.
Damage or Loss
The Renter will be responsible for risk of theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the Equipment from any and every cause.
If while in the Renter's possession the Equipment becomes damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for any costs of repair, up to the current value of the Equipment. If while in the Renter's possession, the Equipment becomes lost, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner its current value.
The Renter shall not throw out the box or any encasing the equipment may come in or lose any accessories including cables and remotes.
Liability
While the Equipment is in the possession of the Renter, the Owner will not be liablefor any injuries caused by the Equipment.
